Job summary

A leading recruitment agency in Singapore is seeking a Quality Manager to maintain and update quality management systems (QMS) including ISO standards. The ideal candidate will have a diploma in Mechanical Engineering/Quality Management and at least 2 years of experience in the aerospace or manufacturing sectors. Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of relevant working experience in handling audits, ISO documentation, and preferably in aerospace/manufacturing industry.
• Possess good knowledge in implementation of quality system (ISO 9001 / AS9100).
• Efficiency in computer skills with proven competency.

Responsibilities

• Maintain and update current QMS systems for AS9100, ISO 9001 and NADCAP system.
• Plan and organize internal audits and follow-up on corrective actions.
• Manage customer and certification body audits and document control on latest revisions.
• Update Quality Manual, procedures work instructions, forms etc.
• Plan and organize management reviews for QMS and NADCAP.
• Report monthly Quality Performance and department KPI to management.
• Conduct training to the related department.
