Job summary

Qualifications

Formal training in laboratory practices, analytical techniques, and GMP/GLP standards is preferred.
Diploma or equivalent required for the role.
2–3 years hands-on QC/Lab experience in pharma, chemical, or life sciences industries preferred.

Responsibilities

Inspect raw materials and finished goods to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Develop, implement, and enforce QC procedures and standards.
Document inspection results, test data, and quality reports accurately and promptly.
Identify quality issues with escalation to direct reporting.
Maintain laboratory inventory using KANBAN systems for chemicals and consumables.
Perform routine and non-routine chemical testing on materials and finished products.
Operate laboratory instruments in accordance with SOPs.
Follow test methods and compendial standards (USP, EP, BP, JP, ACS) and EXCiPACT guidelines.
Analyze test results, calculate data, and prepare reports to verify compliance with specifications.
Record final results and raw data in the SAP system.
Support investigations, customer complaints, and troubleshooting activities.
