Job summary

A leading ice cream manufacturer in Singapore is seeking a Quality Control Executive to ensure that raw materials and products meet quality standards. The role involves conducting inspections, maintaining QC records, and ensuring compliance with food safety regulations. Ideal candidates will have experience in food manufacturing and possess strong analytical skills. This position requires working primarily on the factory floor, with a focus on quality assurance and process improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years previous experience in a food manufacturing QC role is advantageous.
• Training in HACCP, ISO 22000, BRC or other food safety systems is an added benefit.
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment and flexible with shift schedules.

Responsibilities

• Conduct routine inspections on incoming raw materials, packaging materials, in-process goods, and finished goods.
• Ensure adherence to current GMP, HACCP, ISO 22000, FSSC 22000, BRCGS standards.
• Maintain accurate QC records, including test results, inspection reports, and traceability documents.
