Job summary

RECRUIT EXPRESS PTE LTD in Singapore is seeking a Quality Control Laboratory Technician to support routine testing, inspections and documentation, ensuring consistent quality across products and processes.

You will collaborate with production, maintain quality records, follow SOPs, and contribute to quality assurance within a structured manufacturing environment. This role offers practical lab experience and develops understanding of quality systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Science, Chemistry, Biomedical Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Experience in laboratory testing, quality control, manufacturing or inspection activities.
• Able to work with SOPs, technical instructions and quality documentation.
• Detail-oriented and careful with testing, measurements and records.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other computer applications.

Responsibilities

• Carry out routine quality checks, inspections and laboratory testing according to established procedures.
• Conduct measurements and testing activities while ensuring results are accurate and properly recorded.
• Maintain and update quality records, test results and relevant documentation in a timely manner.
• Support the team in identifying, documenting and following up on quality deviations or discrepancies.
• Ensure laboratory equipment, testing areas and workstations are kept in proper working condition.
• Collaborate with production and other relevant teams to support quality requirements and operational activities.
• Follow established SOPs, quality standards, safety requirements and workplace procedures at all times.
