A world leader in aerospace systems and technology is seeking a meticulous and dedicated Quality Control Inspector to join our high-performing team.
In this role, you will play a vital part in ensuring every component and product that leaves our facility meets the highest international standards of safety and performance.
Conduct incoming inspections of mechanical parts, PCBAs, components, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications and quality standards.
Perform visual and dimensional checks using advanced measuring tools (micrometers, height gauges, vernier calipers, smart scopes, pin gauges, etc.).
Document and report inspection results, highlighting any non-conformities or defects.
Collaborate closely with engineers and quality teams to resolve product issues and drive continuous improvement.
Support First Article Inspections (FAI), source inspections, and internal/external audits.
Ensure all inspection equipment is properly maintained and calibrated for accuracy.
Participate in enhancing quality control procedures and maintaining AS/EN9100 and IPC-A-610 compliance.
NITEC or Diploma in Mechanical, Electrical, or Electronic Engineering.
3 years’ experience in incoming inspection or quality control within a manufacturing or aerospace environment.
Strong knowledge in using precision measurement instruments.
Ability to read and interpret mechanical, wiring, and PCBA drawings.
Familiarity with SAP transactions and Microsoft Office tools.
A proactive team player who takes pride in delivering accuracy and reliability.
Basic understanding of AS/EN9100 and IPC-A-610 standards.
