Job summary

Completion Products Pte Ltd seeks a QC Inspector to join the quality team. You will handle incoming, in-process, and final inspections, ensure traceability, and maintain calibrated measuring devices throughout the manufacturing process.

You will clock in/out, report non-conformances, re-inspect repaired items, and prepare inspection records for shipment. The role supports new recruit orientation and enforces 5S and safety standards on the shop floor.

Qualifications

• Education: NITEC/O or N Levels.
• Experience: 1–2 years in fast-paced manufacturing (oil & gas preferred).
• Communication: Able to communicate in simple English (read, write, speak).
• Good interpersonal skills.
• Physical: Physically fit with good eyesight.
• Working condition: Shop-floor environment; rotating shifts and overtime on weekdays, weekends, and some public holidays.

Responsibilities

• Perform incoming material inspections per WI.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections per QP/WI.
• Maintain material/component traceability (router sheet).
• Record clock in/out (VM) and update router sheet.
• Use only calibrated/validated measuring devices.
• Report non-conformances to supervisor/lead.
• Re-inspect repaired items before release.
• Prepare inspection records prior to shipment.
• Assist in onboarding new recruitment for quality team.
