Job description

• Position : Quality Control Inspector (MUST BE FROM METAL INDUSTRY) - ALL WELCOME

• Location : Tuas

• Working hours : 5 days - Monday - Friday: 7:30am to 5:15pm

• Salary (commensurate with experience) Up to $3000 (Basic $2700 +$110 Transport Allowance) + 10 Days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus

• Duration : Perm

• Industry : MANUFACTURER AND REPAIR OF MACHINERY

Main Responsibilities

• Hardness check, drift check, size, condition of material during incoming inspection

• Finished dimension check, stamping and hardness inspection during final inspection

• First piece inspection during in process machining operation

• Verification of measurement on jobs during in-process machining operation

• Compile inspection data into ITP or FIR

• Raise incident report for any defects during inspection

• Assist in the filling of routing sheet for traceability and retrieval

• Verify customer return defects

• Provide assistance to Quality Engineer on Incident Reports verification

• Responsible for gauge setting and verification for production
