Quality Control Inspector (From Metal Working Industry)

Location: Tuas

Working hours: Monday – Friday: 7:30 am – 5:15 pm

Salary: Up to $3,000 (Basic $2,700 + $110 Transport Allowance) + 10 days Annual Leave + Performance Bonus

Duration: Perm

Industry: Manufacturer and Repair of Machinery

Main Responsibilities

• Hardness check, drift check, size, condition of material during incoming inspection
• Finished dimension check, stamping and hardness inspection during final inspection
• First piece inspection during in process machining operation
• Verification of measurement on jobs during in-process machining operation
• Compile inspection data into ITP or FIR
• Raise incident report for any defects during inspection
• Assist in the filling of routing sheet for traceability and retrieval
• Verify customer return defects
• Provide assistance to Quality Engineer on Incident Reports verification
• Responsible for gauge setting and verification for production
