A leading manufacturing company in Singapore is looking for a Quality Inspector with experience in the metal working industry. You will be responsible for quality checks during incoming and final inspections, ensuring precision and compliance. The ideal candidate should have at least 1 year of experience and knowledge of measuring instruments and engineering drawings.

Responsibilities

• Conduct hardness and dimension checks during inspections.
• Verify measurements during in-process machining operations.
• Assist Quality Engineer in incident report verifications.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Hardness check, drift check, size, condition of material during incoming inspection
• Finished dimension check, stamping and hardness inspection during final inspection
• First piece inspection during in process machining operation
• Verification of measurement on jobs during in-process machining operation
• Compile inspection data into ITP or FIR
• Raise incident report for any defects during inspection
• Assist in the filling of routing sheet for traceability and retrieval
• Verify customer return defects
• Provide assistance to Quality Engineer on Incident Reports verification
• Responsible for gauge setting and verification for production

Qualifications
