Job summary

Rockwell Automation is seeking a Quality Inspector with SMT experience to join our team in Singapore. The role focuses on inspection of PCBA assemblies, packaging lines, and QA program audits to ensure materials meet standards.

The ideal candidate has at least secondary education and 1 year of operator experience in an SMT environment, and can work on shift basis at our West location near Jurong East/Lakeside MRT stations. SAP knowledge is a plus.

• 1 year of operator experience in SMT environment.
• Ability to work on shift basis is required.

Responsibilities

• Experience with Quality Inspector is advantage (Incoming or In-Process Quality Assurance) Inspection on PCBA assembly and able to identify and differentiate defects.
• Perform product inspection and audits of quality control programmes.
• Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.
• Ensure raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standards.
• May assess draft and final label copy, using knowledge of labeling regulations.
• Minimize downtime by reducing production rework and recall.

Job Description

You will report to Supervisor based in Singapore

Your Responsibilities

• Experience with Quality Inspector is advantage (Incoming or In-Process Quality Assurance) Inspection on PCBA assembly and able to identify and differentiate defects.
• Perform product inspection and audits of quality control programmes.
• You will Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspections, and sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.
• You will Ensure raw materials, in-process and finished products meet company standards.
• May assess draft and final label copy, using knowledge of labelling regulations.
• You will Minimise down time by reducing production rework and recall

The Essentials - You Will Have

• 1 year of operator experience in SMT environment
• You will Work on Shift-basis
• Location: West.
• Transport pick up available
• Jurong East/Lakeside MRT stations

The Preferred - You Might Also Have
