Quality Control Executive

Location: Woodlands

Salary: $2,700 - $3,000

Working Days: 5 days Mon to Fri

Working time: 8.30am to 5.30pm

Job scopes
  • 1. Factory equipment cleanliness inspection before production.
  • 2. Conduct thorough checks on raw materials and finished products for quality, including microbial, sensory, and visual assessments.
  • 3. Promptly report any quality issues to supervisors for investigation and resolution.
  • 4. Collaborate with other departments to schedule material inspections and sampling.
  • 5. Verify certificates to ensure raw materials meet standards before use.
  • 6. Provide training for new staff members.
  • 7. Assist with audits, both internal and external.
  • 8. Maintain accurate records.
  • 9. Perform equipment calibration as required.
  • 10. Manage inventory and uphold lab cleanliness.
  • 11. Issue Certificates of Analysis for materials and products.
  • 12. Support with additional tasks assigned by the company.
  • 13. Oversees the overall quality control function
Requirements
  • Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma in Food Science and Technology, Food, Nutrition & Culinary science related.
  • At least 1 year experience in food industry / manufacturing
