Job scopes

1. Factory equipment cleanliness inspection before production.
2. Conduct thorough checks on raw materials and finished products for quality, including microbial, sensory, and visual assessments.
3. Promptly report any quality issues to supervisors for investigation and resolution.
4. Collaborate with other departments to schedule material inspections and sampling.
5. Verify certificates to ensure raw materials meet standards before use.
6. Provide training for new staff members.
7. Assist with audits, both internal and external.
8. Maintain accurate records.
9. Perform equipment calibration as required.
10. Manage inventory and uphold lab cleanliness.
11. Issue Certificates of Analysis for materials and products.
12. Support with additional tasks assigned by the company.
13. Oversees the overall quality control function

Requirements

• Nitec/Higher Nitec/Diploma inFood Science and Technology, Food, Nutrition & Culinarysciencerelated.
