Job summary

A leading construction firm in Singapore is seeking a Quality Control Engineer to implement and enforce the Concrete Quality Control Plan. You will ensure all site works meet quality standards, supervise QC technicians, and drive continuous improvement in concrete quality processes. The ideal candidate has a diploma in Civil Engineering and at least 3 years of QA/QC experience in Ready-Mix Concrete.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in QA/QC for Ready-Mix Concrete.
• Prior experience with an RMC manufacturer is an advantage.
• Willing to work overtime when required.

• Conduct and oversee daily site inspections and testing activities.
• Manage documentation, submittal reviews, and QC certifications.
• Identify and correct non-conforming work, ensuring proper follow-up.

• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives for quality processes.
