About Our Client

Job Description
  • Conduct audits and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Oversee all Quality Control operations, including inspection plans, scheduling, and maintenance of quality records.
  • Supervise inspection activities, review reports and documentation prepared by inspectors, and ensure proper filing of required records.
  • Prepare and review quality documentation for customers when necessary.
  • Manage and update customer drawings, including revision control.
  • Develop quality checklists and define inspection criteria.
  • Ensure quality standards for both in‑house processes and supplier deliverables.
  • Lead, train, and evaluate Quality Control inspectors.
  • Plan and coordinate internal and external audits.
  • Administer and continuously improve the company's ISO Quality Management System.
  • Maintain accurate and complete quality documentation.
  • Address customer complaints, conduct root cause analysis for product returns or defects, and implement corrective actions.
  • Supervise equipment calibration activities.
  • Conduct and review safety risk assessments.
The Successful Applicant

A successful Quality Control Assistant Manager should have:

  • At least 3 years of experience in quality control and assurance in the manufacturing industry.
  • Familiarity with GD&T drawings.
  • Ability to speak in Mandarin is a must to liaise with stakeholder in their China office who converse in Mandarin.
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team effectively.
  • Proficiency in quality management tools and software is desirable.
