Qualifications

• Minimum of 10 years experience in pharmaceutical or biotechnology quality functions.
• 5 years in a supervisory role and substantial knowledge of regulatory requirements.
• Experience in hosting inspections and managing readiness programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead QC&S Department ensuring compliance with Takeda QMS and regulations.
• Manage the Product Complaint Management process.
• Oversee Quality Validation and change review board oversight.
