Location: Loyang (Transport provided in Tampines)

Industry: Specialty Chemicals / Manufacturing

Working hours: Mon to Fri 8:30am to 5:30pm

Salary: SGD 3,300 – 4,300 per month (depending on qualifications and experience)

About the Role

We’re looking for a meticulous and proactive Quality Coordinator to join our team on a 6 to 12-month maternity cover. This role plays an important part in maintaining our quality management system, ensuring compliance with company and regulatory standards, and supporting continuous improvement across Southeast Asia. If you enjoy keeping processes in order, ensuring documents are always up to date, and working cross-functionally to make sure quality never slips — we’d love to hear from you.

What You’ll Do

• Maintain and support the Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with global and local standards.
• Coordinate internal audits and follow up on findings with relevant process owners.
• Manage and update quality‑related documents (version control, document distribution, and archiving).
• Support the Non‑Conformance Management (NCM) process — guide users on raising complaints and track actions to closure.
• Collaborate with regional quality teams on APAC NCM topics and drive alignment in quality processes.
• Review and update key documentation such as Technical Data Sheets (TDS), Safety Data Sheets (SDS), Global Supplier Questionnaires (GSQ), and Method of Control (MOC).
• Ensure raw material specifications are reviewed and uploaded into internal systems (IRMIS).
• Support other quality initiatives and audits across the Southeast Asia region.

Who We’re Looking For

• Degree or Diploma in Chemical Engineering, Chemistry, or related discipline.
• Candidates without experience are welcome — training will be provided.
• Some experience or internship in quality assurance, document control, or chemical manufacturing will be an advantage.
• Strong attention to detail, organization skills, and sense of responsibility.
• Able to work independently and communicate confidently with cross‑functional teams.
• Familiar with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems is a plus.
