Job summary

WECRUIT PTE. LTD. is seeking a quality assurance professional in Singapore to generate COAs, perform inspections of incoming materials and outgoing products, and maintain ISO documentation within the QA system.

You will ensure accurate test data, update SPC charts, support audits, maintain traceable records, and report any abnormalities for investigation, contributing to product quality and regulatory compliance.

Responsibilities

• Generate Certificates of Analysis (COAs) for outgoing products in accordance with approved procedures and applicable quality requirements.
• Conduct incoming material inspections and outgoing product checks to verify compliance with established specifications and procedures.
• Maintain ISO documentation, departmental records, and other quality documents in accordance with the QA document control system.
• Enter, process, and maintain test results accurately, update SPC charts, and monitor incoming inspection data for abnormalities or deviations.
• Support the implementation and maintenance of the quality management system through external provider management activities and internal or external audits.
• Maintain traceable inspection records and ensure test data and documentation are properly updated and filed.
• Report abnormal test results, inspection discrepancies, or quality issues to the appropriate personnel for further investigation and follow-up.
