Job summary

RICHSUN PRECISION ENGINEERING (S) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a QA/QC inspector to perform CMM-based quality inspections, prepare inspection reports, reply to NCRs, and maintain ISO documentation.

You will ensure compliance and uphold high-quality standards across manufacturing processes. The role requires strong English communication, attention to detail, and the ability to collaborate with production to identify and implement improvements.

Qualifications

• Experience in QA/QC with knowledge of CMM
• Fluent in written and spoken English
• Able to write clear QC reports and handle customer correspondence
• Experience with ISO documentation is preferred
• Able to identify problems and suggest improvements
• Basic knowledge of surface treatment processes is a plus

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspection and measurement using CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine)
• Prepare QC inspection reports and quality documentation
• Reply to NCR and customer quality-related issues
• Reply to customer emails professionally and promptly in english
• Maintain proper quality records and handle ISO-related paperwork and documentation
• Review and improve existing QC processes and procedures
• Work with production to identify quality issues and implement improvements
• Carry out other QA/QC duties related to precision engineering
