Job summary

A food and beverage company in Singapore is looking for a Quality Assurance Executive. The role involves performing inspections and audits at various stages of production to ensure compliance with company standards. Candidates should have at least a Diploma in Food & Beverage Services Management and must be comfortable with administrative tasks as well as HACCP/ISO22000 standards. This position may favor candidates with relevant industry experience.

Qualifications

• Relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage.
• Comfortable handling administrative work, HACCP/ISO22000 or other Food Safety Audits.

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspection and audits of quality assurance.
• Sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality assurance in the production line, restaurants, events etc
• Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspection
• Sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials
• Ensure raw materials, in-process and finished products to meet company standards
• Minimize down-time by reducing production re-work and recalls
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
• Relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
• Required skill(s): Computer Skill, MS Excel, MS Word
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
• Comfortable to handle administrative work, HACCP / ISO22000 or other Food Safety Audits
