Job summary

A leading restaurant in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Junior Executive. You will perform product inspections and ensure that raw materials and finished products meet company standards. The ideal candidate should have at least a Diploma in Food Services Management or similar, and some experience in the Food & Beverage industry would be advantageous. Strong computer skills in MS Excel and Word are required.

Qualifications

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma or equivalent in relevant fields.
• Relevant experience in the Food & Beverage industry is an advantage.
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance.

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality assurance.
• Conduct packaging line and manufacturing inspections.
• Sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials.

Job description

Responsibilities

• Perform product inspection and/or audits of quality assurance in the production line, restaurants, events etc
• Perform packaging line and manufacturing inspection
• Sampling and testing of incoming components and raw materials
• Ensure raw materials, in-process and finished products to meet company standards
• Minimize down-time by reducing production re-work and recalls
• Any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by the Company

Requirements

• Candidate must possess at least a Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Food & Beverage Services Management, Food Technology/Nutrition/Dietetics or equivalent
• Relevant experience in Food & Beverage industry is an advantage
• Required skill(s): Computer Skill, MS Excel, MS Word
• Preferably Junior Executives specializing in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent
• Comfortable to handle administrative work in Halal, HACCP / ISO22000 or other Food Safety Audits
