Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the ISO quality management system for IAQ testing and monitoring services.
• Prepare the laboratory for ISO accreditation, including coordination with accreditation bodies.
• Develop quality documentation including policies, procedures, SOPs, forms, and records.
• Establish document control, corrective action, risk management, and continuous improvement processes.
• Plan and conduct internal audits and support management reviews.
• Ensure compliance with technical and management requirements of ISO.
• Support method validation/verification, measurement uncertainty, and traceability.
• Act as the primary quality contact during external assessments and audits.

• Prepare the laboratory for ISO accreditation, including coordination with accreditation bodies

• Ensure compliance with technical and management requirements of ISO

• Support method validation/verification, measurement uncertainty, and traceability in collaboration with technical staff

• Act as the primary quality contact during external assessments and audits
