Quality Assurance Executive - (Regulatory & Standards)
Ensure that all services offered through the centres meet or exceed internal and quality assurance guidelines.
Responsibilities
- Conduct audits on regulatory compliances, internal processes, procedures, and potential high-risk non-compliance areas as per Regulatory Standards.
- Implement quality measures to raise the standard of early childhood care and education in child care centres.
- Ensure centres’ adherence and conformity to corporate identity and guidelines.
- Ensure the team provides a safe and nurturing environment for children that encourages their social, emotional, physical, and intellectual development.
- Escalate issues and concerns to management in a timely manner.
- Licensing certification: Familiar with ECDC Act; ensure adherence and compliance to regulatory standards; develop an action plan to meet licensing requirements.
- Policies and Procedures: Oversee, track, and monitor centre’s corrective action responses, ensuring principals, supervisors, and staff follow through all corrective action plans and review their effectiveness.
- Motivate the team to achieve operational effectiveness, ensuring ongoing organisational capabilities without compromising quality standards.
Qualifications
- Diploma in Early Childhood Care & Education (ECCE) or related discipline.
- At least 3 years of working experience in the related field.
- Knowledge of quality/compliance management as well as regulations and standards in Early Childhood.
- Experience with quality improvement systems.
- Aptitude for reviewing data, strong analytical skills, and meticulousness.
- Proficient in Microsoft applications such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
- Preferably Junior Executive specialized in Quality Control/Assurance or equivalent.
