Job summary

A leading distribution company based in Singapore is seeking a Quality Assurance Executive to ensure compliance and quality of processes and products. The role involves implementing quality control systems, conducting inspections, and introducing process improvements. Candidates should hold a Diploma or Bachelor's degree and ideally have ISO certification. Both experienced individuals and fresh graduates are encouraged to apply. Strong problem-solving and communication skills are essential.

  • Ensure secondary assembly operations per SOP and GMP guidelines.

  • Perform Incoming Quality Inspection for Pharmaceutical Trade Returned Products.
  • Report and follow-up on non-conforming products.

Job description

As the Quality Assurance Executive at DCH AURIGA SINGAPORE, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the quality and compliance of our processes and products. This full-time position, based in the Distribution Center, is responsible for implementing and maintaining our quality control systems to meet the highest industry standards.

Job Responsibilities
  • Ensure secondary assembly operations performed per SOP and PIC/S GMP applicable guidelines.
  • Ensure sufficient PPM inventory level to ensure no disruption to secondary assembly operations.
  • Responsible in creating Master Batch Packaging Record (MBPR) for Non-Pharmaceutical Products.
  • Introduce process improvement relevant to second assembly operations.
  • Housekeeping of redressing area.
  • Responsible in performing 100% Incoming Quality Inspection for Pharmaceutical Trade Returned Products.
  • Responsible in performing Sampling Incoming Quality Inspection & reporting based on Principal Artwork (as per Technical Agreement).
  • Responsible in reporting and follow-up on non-conforming products (Inclusive of Incoming, Outgoing, Returns, 3PL and Redressing).
  • Responsible in Reporting, monitoring and closing of Customer Complaints.
  • Responsible in monitoring and verification of warehouse temperature and Humidity Records.
Qualifications
  • Diploma or Bachelor's degree. Preferably with certification in ISO 9001 and ISO 13485 standards.
  • Preferably minimum 1-2 years of experiences in Quality System & Assurance or GMP / GLP will be advantageous.
  • Fresh entry are encouraged to apply.
