Education & Experience

• Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a related technical field.

Key Responsibilities

• Gather and clarify requirements.
• Review and analyze system specifications.
• Collaborate with QA Engineers to develop effective test strategies and plans.
• Execute manual and automated test cases; analyze and report results.
• Identify, document, and track bugs and errors; report findings to development teams.
• Manage defect tracking and resolution.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure quality throughout the software development lifecycle.

Required Skills & Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience as a Quality Assurance Tester is required for senior positions.
• Proven experience in quality assurance or a similar role.
• Familiarity with project management and QA methodologies; ability to establish internal QA governance and testing processes.
• Experience with Agile frameworks and regression testing is advantageous.
• Knowledge of automation testing tools (e.g., Katalon) is a plus.
• Strong documentation and troubleshooting skills.
• Excellent communication and organizational abilities.
• High attention to detail and a solid background in quality/version control.
• Analytical mindset and strong problem-solving skills.
• Basic knowledge of programming languages (e.g., C++, Java).
