Responsibilities

• Take charge of document control improvements, ensuring ISO 9001 and defense-grade audit readiness by identifying gaps and optimizing current processes.

• Oversee CAPA (Corrective and Preventive Action) closure, coordinating with engineering and manufacturing teams to verify corrective actions effectively resolve root causes.

• Develop and maintain quality dashboards that track key metrics such as defects, First Pass Yield, and ppm, providing clear visibility into quality performance.

• Review and update inspection specifications to align them with design intent and prevent quality escapes caused by outdated criteria.

• Support internal audits and ensure the organization maintains audit readiness at all times while documenting findings and corrective actions.

• Foster a culture of quality execution by clearly communicating expectations and supporting teams in meeting quality standards.

Requirements

• A minimum of 3 years of experience in a Quality Engineering or QA role.

• Hands‑on experience with document control, CAPA, inspections, or quality metrics.

• Familiarity with ISO 9001 or similar quality systems.

• Demonstrated ability to drive follow‑through across teams with clarity and persistence.

• Strong attention to detail and practical judgment.

• Manufacturing experience preferred but not essential.
