Responsibilities

• Collaborate with the Quality Assurance Manager to execute a comprehensive range of quality assurance activities.
• Develop and review quality and inspection plans.
• Oversee First Article Inspections (FAI), Dedicated Product Release Verifications, and material reviews.
• Manage quality-related interactions with customers and internal teams, addressing customer rejects, product defects, and non-conforming materials.
• Conduct product and system audits for both in-house processes and vendor operations.
• Engage actively in continuous improvement initiatives.
• Fulfill additional duties and responsibilities as directed.

Requirements

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or Aeronautical Engineering.
• Minimum of 2 years of experience in Quality Management.
• Familiarity with AS 9100 / ISO 9001 Quality Management System standards.
• Understanding of Geometric Dimensioning & Tolerancing.
• Knowledge of various product inspection methods.
• Familiarity with CMM applications is an advantage.
• Strong grasp of Quality Statistical Tools and Methodologies, including Cpk, SPC, GR&R, and Six Sigma techniques.
• Proficient in drafting quality manuals and procedures.
• Ability to lead and conduct internal audits.
