Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the company’s Quality Management System (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and customer‑specific standards
• Review and approve quality documentation including inspection reports, process control plans, and supplier quality reports
• Lead or support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions (CAPA) for internal and external non‑conformances
• Conduct internal audits and support external audits (customer, ISO, regulatory)
• Work closely with engineering and production teams to evaluate and improve quality processes and procedures
• Participate in First Article Inspections (FAI), Process Validation, and Statistical Process Control (SPC) activities
• Liaise with customers on quality issues and provide timely resolution and reporting
• Monitor quality performance indicators and prepare regular quality reports for management

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Mechanical, Manufacturing, or Industrial Engineering or related discipline
• 2–5 years of QA experience in a precision manufacturing or engineering environment
• Strong knowledge of ISO 9001; experience with other standards (e.g., AS9100, ISO 13485) is a plus
• Familiarity with quality tools and methodologies such as FMEA, 8D, SPC, MSA, and PDCA
• Experience with audit preparation and supplier quality management preferred
• Proficient in interpreting technical drawings and GD&T
• Good problem‑solving, communication, and project coordination skills
