Job Description

• Lead and liaise with operational teams to drive company overall quality goals and targets
• Liaise and interface with customers to understand and implement their requirements.
• Dispose non-conforming hold lots to ensure meeting production output and delivery demand
• Perform daily, weekly & monthly QA reports.
• Quality assurance alignment with headquarter counterparts.
• Handle customers’ complaint (CAR) with effective corrective actions and close 8D on time.
• To conduct regular quality process audit and drive for quality improvement.

Job Requirement

• Minimum Degree in any technical discipline.
• 2 - 3 years of relevant experience in semiconductor industry.
• It will be an added advantage if you have good knowledge of Quality Assurance process.
• Good knowledge of ISO standards (ex: 9001), 8D (CAR), QC7 tool and FMEA.
• Proficient in MS Office
• Good analytical and problem solving skills.
• Good communication skills in both verbal and written.
• Effective organizational skills and able to take initiatives, a ‘self-starter’ who is able to work with minimal supervision, with ability to devise solutions to complex problems.
• Strong team player and willing to put in extra efforts.
• Able to communicate, read and edit in Chinese in order to deal with our Chinese counterparts
