Job Responsibilities

• Perform high-quality sewing, alterations, and garment repairs with precision
• Create and construct garments from patterns and designs
• Conduct fittings and take accurate measurements
• Repair and mend garments including hemming, fixing tears, replacing zippers and buttons
• Ensure all work meets quality standards and deadlines
• Maintain sewing equipment and work area
• Collaborate with design team on special projects
• Provide excellent customer service during fittings

Requirements

• Full-Time: 2+ years of proven experience in garment alterations or tailoring
• Part-Time: 1+ years of sewing/alteration experience
• Proficient in operating industrial and domestic sewing machines
• Strong attention to detail and precision in measurements
• Ability to work with various fabric types and garment styles
• Excellent hand-sewing techniques
• Good organizational skills and time management
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines

Working Hours

• Part-Time: Flexible hours, minimum 20 hours per week
• Ad-Hoc: Per Project basis

任职要求（中文）

• 全职应聘者需具备2年以上服装修改或剪裁经验
• 兼职应聘者需具备1年以上缝纫/改衣经验
• 熟练操作工业及家用缝纫设备
• 对细节与尺寸精度有严格把控
• 熟悉多种面料特性与服装版型
• 掌握精湛的手工缝纫技法
• 具备良好的统筹能力与时间管理意识
• 能独立工作并严守交付期限
