Role Overview
As QSSE Assistant, you will provide essential administrative and operational support to the Marine Investigation and Training team. You will be involved in coordinating workshops, seminars, and facilitating training sessions, while also ensuring that all QHSSE documentation and processes meet regulatory and company standards. This role requires an independent, detail-oriented individual with strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative support for Investigation, Cargo, Terminals, and Inland operations, including:
    • Organizing and coordinating meetings with key stakeholders.
    • Compiling and distributing meeting materials.
    • Preparing weekly and monthly reports and KPIs for Investigation, Terminals & Inland, and Cargo entities.
    • Coordinating trainings, workshops, and seminars.
    • Managing travel arrangements, including business visa applications when necessary.
  • Support data management activities by maintaining:
    • Records related to investigations, audits, training sessions, feedback, and lessons learned.
    • Contractor lists in collaboration with various local agency offices across the APAC region, with regular reviews as required.
  • Monitor and track action plans and follow-ups arising from investigations and audits.
  • Manage scheduling of assets and resources to support training requirements.
  • Provide support for transversal tasks and maritime-related projects as needed.
