Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years of working experience in the Construction (Structural/Façade) Industry.
• Possess BCSS or CSOC certification if necessary.
• Able to communicate effectively in Chinese for customer liaison.

Responsibilities

• Prepare documents for Tender and Contracts.
• Assist Project Team for Variation Works, Progress Claim and Cost Control.
• Liaise with Main Contractors, Subcontractors, Clients and Suppliers for Project Cost Issues.
• Document Control.
