Key Responsibilities:
- Ensure effective documentation and implementation of Quality Management System in all Micro sites
- To act as a link among Meiban, Customer and regulatory authorities; ensuring the products are manufactured and distributed in compliance with appropriate legislation.
- To set up a central DCC to control document of all Micro sites
- Ensure effective documentation and implementation of Quality Management System so that the Company is always audit-ready.
- Drive, lead and prepare the team for all internal and external audit.
- Ensure new registration or renewal of product licences to relevant authority to obtain product approval for manufacturing or delivery.
- Plan and execute annual Internal Audit to ensure all the Quality Systems and procedures are effectively review, implement and auditable.
- Develop and implement additional plans such as monthly process and product Audits, Quality training to complement the efforts to ensure effective Quality Management System.
- Ensure all electronic software implemented can integrate to our Quality Management system.
- Drive the team to ensure all electronic and automated system meets Regulatory and QMS Requirements
- Ensure all adopted electronic and automated system in our QMS are validated.
- Review and endorse all SOP, PF, Work instruction to ensure compliance with ISO standards and our quality management System.
- To consolidate and streamline WI and forms in our operations and QMS to ensure Operational effectiveness.
- Work with the respective department to create new procedures for any new process adopted in the company.
- Overseas the documentation Control function for the quality Management System.
- Ensure proper documentation and updating of SOP, supporting procedures, customer specifications/ 2D & 3D drawing; QA specification etc
- Ensure monthly Operation meeting and half yearly management review meeting are conducted per planned schedule.
- Report to Management on the performance of Quality Management system and any need for improvement.
- Promote the awareness in the company on any new changes in regulatory.
- Manage adverse event reporting to regulatory authority.
- Responsible to reply Customer survey or questionnaire related to quality management system.
- Setup the quality management system in any new Micro site.
- Develop more Internal auditor in the company to support in the internal audit.
- Facilitate and provide guideline to the Assistant Manager and engineer in implementing any new quality system or procedures.
Requirements / Qualifications:
- Knowledge and Experience
- Degree preferred or higher Professional Diploma with minimum 6 years of working experience
- Preferred to work as an QMS Manager before in manufacturing environment .
- Preferred to be a Lead auditor or qualified auditor
- Able to drive, lead, present to management
- Able to communicate well with others
- Strong negotiation skills
- Understand and appreciate relevant legal.
