Key Job Responsibilities include the following:
- Provide administrative, coordination, and documentation support to the Energy Drilling QHSE function across all operations.
- Maintain, update, and control QHSE documentation, records, and reporting systems in accordance with the EDrill Integrated Management System and ISO 9001/14001/45001 requirements.
- Support incident reporting, non-conformance tracking, audit preparations, and closure of corrective actions.
- Consolidate QHSE performance data and prepare monthly reports for management, rigs, and clients.
- Facilitate communication between offshore and onshore teams to ensure alignment with QHSE policies, procedures, and compliance expectations.
- Support the continual improvement of QHSE processes, systems, and documentation.
- Act as a central coordinator between departments to ensure timely follow-up on QHSE actions, audit findings, and mandatory record updates.
Essential Qualifications
Candidates should possess the below essential qualifications:
- Diploma or Degree in QHSE, OH&S, Environmental Management, Engineering, or relevant field.
- Minimum 3 years’ experience in QHSE, HSE, or Quality administration or coordination roles.
- Knowledge of ISO 9001, ISO 14001, ISO 45001 and associated documentation requirements.
- Strong organisational, documentation, and data management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and QHSE data systems.
- Good communication and report‑writing capabilities.
- Willingness to work offshore under rough conditions where required.
Good to Have Qualifications
- Experience in offshore drilling, marine, or oil and gas operations.
- Internal Auditor qualification (ISO 9001/14001/45001).
- Experience supporting ISO audits or client QHSE audits.
- Basic understanding of risk assessments, PTW systems, and non-conformance processes.
Physical Capability Requirements
The incumbent need to be fit to safely and effectively perform all essential job functions, including routine office duties and occasional offshore visits, in accordance with Energy Drilling’s fitness‑for‑work and occupational health standards.
