Job description

Position Summary

Reporting to the Head of QC Support Operation, support projects within QC functions for QC equipment and master data maintenance of the Laboratory Execution System according to company policy.

Key Responsibilities

• Provide support for routine QC activities.
• Purchase, qualify, and re‑qualify laboratory equipment and computer systems.
• Perform all other tactical support activities required to meet business needs.
• Execute projects encompassing QC equipment qualification activities following cGMP requirements.
• Document data for executed projects following cGMP procedures.
• Support routine management of equipment and reagent master data in Laboratory Execution Systems (LES).
• Develop, verify, and deploy LES recipes or other QC system configurations.
• Ensure that data, documentation, and laboratory processes remain in a state of regulatory compliance and inspection readiness.
• Resolve issues promptly, including raising discrepancies, investigations, and implementing CAPAs.

Education

• Degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biochemistry, Life Science, or equivalent.

Experience

• 0–3 years of related experience for degree holders or equivalent holders with a combination of education and relevant work experience (preferred).

Knowledge, Skills & Competencies

• Strong problem‑solving capability; able to determine when to escalate an issue.
• Ability to organize and plan effectively with good resource management.
• Demonstrated verbal and written communication skills in English.
