Job description
QC & QA Technician/ Customer QA Engineer - Manufacturing / Construction

Inspect incoming materials, in-process items, and finished products for quality.

Verify supplier documents, drawings, and product compliance with standards.

Perform tests, including pressure and material inspections, to ensure quality.

Maintain QA/QC records, reports, and compliance with ISO/QMS standards.

Identify and resolve quality issues, supporting continuous improvement initiatives.

Assist in audits and ensure adherence to company quality procedures.

Job Requirements:

Diploma in Engineering, or equivalent qualification.

Basic knowledge of QA/QC processes, inspection methods, and documentation.

Understanding design, capable on testing, and quality assurance processes.

Customer Quality Engineer – Job Scope:

Handle customer feedback and complaints, ensuring timely resolution.

Lead problem-solving (8D) and prepare quality reports for customers.

Maintain strong customer relationships through visits and follow-ups.

Monitor product quality and provide feedback for improvement.

Coordinate specification or drawing changes with customers and teams.

Support audits and ensure compliance with quality and safety standards.

Support and maintain ISO 9001, IATF 16949, including audits and EHS compliance.

Job Requirements:

Diploma or Degree in Engineering or related field.

Over 3 years of experience managing customer complaints, with a strong track record of effective resolution and customer satisfaction.

Well-versed in quality management systems and internal auditing, with hands‑on experience in ISO 9001, IATF 16949, ISO 14001, and ISO 45001 standards.

Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with proven ability in risk assessment and mitigation strategies.
