Job summary

Job Description

• Perform daily incoming, in-process, final inspection of goods to ensure they conform to specifications. Identify, segregate and report non-conformance goods.
• Train operators on QC check points and inspection measuring methods and ensure all operators perform in accordance with QC procedures.
• Maintain and upkeep inspection documentation and reports in compliance to ISO Quality Management System.
• Ensure all measuring equipment and tools used are duly calibrated and simple maintenance of testing equipment.
• Perform production operation in accordance to Standard Operation Procedures.
• Perform inventory check and recording.
• Labelling, packing, and palletising for delivery.
• Assist in loading and unloading.
• Coordinate and plan production & QC inspection schedule to maintain efficient workflow.
• Assist to ensure production procedures efficiently utilize materials, methods and manpower.
• Assist to maintain 5S housekeeping and keep a safe & healthy work environment.
• Work with Production Team Heads to troubleshoot & resolve product/process/quality issues.
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned by superior.

Mon – Fri, 8.30am to 6:00pm
