Job summary

WuXi Biologics Biopharmaceuticals Singapore Private Limited is seeking an experienced QC professional to lead daily GMP-compliant operations at the Tuas site. You will manage sample workflows, develop and review stability protocols and QC documents, and support investigations across departments.

Role requires 6–8 years in QC or related fields, strong scientific writing ability, and proficiency with MS Office tools.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science or advanced degree in chemistry, microbiology, biochemistry, or related field.
6-8 years of relevant experience in Quality Control or related field.
Experience in GMP environment and QC laboratory.
Experience setting ICH-based stability studies for therapeutic proteins.

Responsibilities

Oversee QC daily operations and management to ensure GMP compliance and data integrity.
Manage QC sample, stability, and retain sample workflow including receiving, storage, aliquoting, tracking and disposal.
Draft sampling plans, stability protocols, and QC-related reports.
Draft QC department documents, standards, and SOPs; review cross-department documents affecting QC.
Serve as LIMS and Cispro specialist to support sample and stability workflows.
Contribute to lab investigations, deviations, and related changes across departments.
