Responsibilities
  • Support the implementation and maintenance of the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with ISO standards.
  • Help prepare and update quality documents such as procedures, work instructions, and manuals.
  • Assist in quality checks to ensure products meet specifications and customer requirements.
  • Conduct inspections and tests, including Non-Destructive Testing (DPI, MPI) – must hold Level 2 certification.
  • Record inspection results, track rework and defects, and enter data into the system.
  • Review blueprints and technical drawings to confirm product compliance.
  • Support corrective and preventive actions (CAPA) to address quality issues.
  • Monitor tools and equipment for safety and performance; report any issues.
  • Work with the team to identify improvement areas using quality data and trends.
  • Help with audits and inspections to maintain certifications and compliance.
  • Provide basic quality training and guidance to staff when needed.
  • Assist in evaluating supplier quality and maintaining quality agreements.
  • Promote a culture of quality and support 5S practices to ensure a clean, safe work environment.
