• Experience in handling subordinate performance appraisal.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day activities of Laboratory Assistants.
• Assist QC Manager in classification of products.
• Troubleshoot and investigate quality issues.

Skills

Laboratory Testing (Wet Chemistry)

Understanding of laboratory equipment (GC, AAS, Auto-titrator, NIR)

Performance appraisal management

Education

Diploma or Degree in Chemical related field
