5 days between Mon - Sun, 7.00am to 4.30pm / 1.00pm to 10.30pm (Rotational)

Job Scope

• Conduct inspections of food establishments to ensure compliance with internal standards and external regulations.
• Perform in‑house testing to verify the quality of raw materials, in‑process products, and finished goods.
• Carry out periodic inspections in line with AIB requirements.
• Prepare accurate and timely inspection reports.
• Provide guidance and training to ground operations teams to maintain compliance.
• Undertake any other ad‑hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor.
