Job summary

Job Express Services Pte Ltd. seeks a QC Inspector to perform dimensional inspections and ensure API specifications are met. The role involves operating CMM equipment such as a Faro Arm and conducting both in-process and final inspections with attention to dimensional accuracy and hardness testing.

Ideal candidates will have ITC/ITE certification and experience in the Oil & Gas sector, with hands-on GD&T knowledge to support non-conformance investigations and corrective actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in quality control with Dimensional Inspection
• Knowledge of GD&T principles and dimensional tolerances
• Oil & Gas industry experience is preferred

Responsibilities

• Perform Dimension Inspection using GD&T
• Operate inspection instruments such as CMM with Faro Arm
• Conduct in-process and final inspections for dimensional, NDT and hardness to meet API specifications
• Raise non-conformance reports and coordinate corrective actions
• Assist supervisor with related duties as assigned

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 7.30am-4.30pm

Salary: $2800-$3800++

Job Description

• To perform Dimension Inspection using GD&T
• To operate inspection instruments such as CMM with Faro Arm etc
• To perform in-process and final inspection of items including dimensional, NDT and hardness to ensure that all quality requirements or API specifications have been achieved
• Assist to raise non-conformance report and coordinate for corrective activities
• Perform any other related duties as assigned by Immediate Supervisor

Requirement

• ITC/ITE with relevant working experience in quality control
• Must be able to perform Dimensional Inspection
• Experience in Oil & Gas industry
