Qualifications

• Preferably at least 1 year of QC work background, familiar with 7 QC tools.
• Blueprint reading capabilities, and ability to use measuring devices like gauges, meters, calipers.
• Training will be provided for candidates without or with lesser experiences.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections using various measurement tools.
• Maintain accurate quality records in compliance with GDP requirements.
• Report product abnormalities and initiate Non-Conformance Report (NCR).
• Support supervisor in investigating complaints and quality issues.
• Maintain daily 5S housekeeping and ensure safety regulations.
• Assist superior in completing additional tasks as assigned.

• Working hours: 12 Hours Rotating Shift (9am/pm to 9pm/am)

Job Responsibilities

• Perform quality control inspections using pin gauge, Vision Measurement (VMS) machine, measuring tape etc for dimension measurement, and product functional test such as tensile measurement in accordance with quality inspection standards
• Maintain accurate quality records and retain sample collections in compliance with Good Documentation Practice (GDP) requirements
• Promptly report any product abnormalities and initiate Non-Conformance Report (NCR) when quality issue are identified
• Support supervisor in investigating customer complaints, quality issues, and implementing corrective actions
• Maintain daily 5S housekeeping in the assigned area daily. Ensure safety regulations are being observed at the workplace
• Assist the superior to complete other tasks as assigned
