Job summary

MERLIN MD PTE. LTD. seeks a Quality Control Inspector to perform inspections on incoming, in-process, and finished products in a cleanroom environment. You will verify packaging and labeling against specifications and maintain traceable quality records.

The role requires at least 1 year of QC inspection experience in medical device or life sciences industries, familiarity with SOPs, and ability to read technical documents. Good communication and independent working capability are essential.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience as a quality control inspector in medical device/pharma/life sciences industries.
• Familiar with quality control standard test/inspection tools, equipment, and sampling techniques/plans.
• Able to follow SOPs and read technical documentation.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality inspections of incoming, in-process, and finished products according to procedures.
• Verify inspected parts/materials, including packaging and labeling, meet specifications.
• Prepare quality records after inspection with traceability.
• Use visual, dimensional, and functional testing to assess quality.
• Identify recurring issues and assist improvement measures.
• Maintain and clean QC equipment and instruments.
• Complies with CER protocol, hygiene, gowning and safety procedures.
• Participate in non-conformance materials and MRB activities related to QC inspection.
• Assist QC Executive with documentation and preventive maintenance.
