Job summary

The Supreme HR Advisory Pte. Ltd. is seeking a QC Inspector in Singapore to conduct microbiology testing and environmental controls, ensuring GMP/ISO compliance across materials and finished products.

You will manage raw materials through final product testing, maintain SAP records, and support audits and continual improvement. A Diploma in Chemistry with 2–3 years’ QC experience is required; training will be provided. Working days are 5, hours 9am–6pm, at Ang Mo Kio.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma with Chemistry background.
• At least 2-3 years’ experience in QC.
• Preferably with knowledge on GMP, ISO9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001.
• External and internal training will be provided.

Responsibilities

• Microbiology test including environmental control, raw material and finished product.
• Responsible from the incoming raw material, packaging material, pre-weight raw material, in-process product control till final product control.
• Lab, retention room and pre-weight room maintenance of inventory, equipment, items and cleanliness.
• Maintain and operate DI water system.
• Pre-weight process monitoring and checking.
• Responsible for retention sample, SDS and COA creation and modification.
• Assist on trouble shooting or testing for product improvement when customer complaints arise.
• Support internal audit and external audit for GMP, ISO14001, ISO9001 and ISO45001.
• GMP and ISO documentation update, recording and maintenance.
• Create, update and maintain SAP system.
• Update and maintain Health Sciences Authority guidelines and quality policy.
• Follow up product permits and licenses thru HSA.
• Highlight, feedback, suggest during/after monthly staff meetings.
• Monitor and manage pest control and monthly inspections.
