Job summary

SeaOwl is seeking a qualified QA/QC Inspector in Singapore for EPC/offshore construction projects. The role focuses on inspections of mechanical and electrical works to ensure compliance with specifications and standards, with NCR handling and documentation responsibilities.

The candidate should have a Diploma or Bachelor’s in Engineering and at least 5 years of QA/QC inspection experience, with strong attention to detail and good communication skills.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Diploma in Engineering or related discipline.
• 5+ years QA/QC inspection experience in EPC/oil & gas/industrial construction.
• Knowledge of relevant international codes and standards.
• Ability to interpret engineering drawings and inspection documents.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and quality documentation systems.
• Good communication skills and strong attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Conduct inspections of mechanical and/or electrical works to ensure compliance with project specifications, drawings, and quality standards.
• Inspect incoming materials and equipment before installation.
• Perform in-process and final inspections, testing, and verification of completed work.
• Identify quality issues, issue NCRs, and monitor corrective actions.
• Prepare inspection reports and maintain quality records.
• Coordinate with project teams, subcontractors, and clients to support inspection activities.
• Ensure compliance with QA/QC procedures and HSE requirements.

TheQC Inspectoris responsible for ensuring that materials, equipment, and construction activities meet project specifications, quality standards, and applicable codes. The role supports quality compliance through inspections, testing, documentation, and coordination with project teams to ensure work is completed to the required standards.

Working Hours: Mon-Fri 8am-5pm, Sat 8am-12pm
