Qualifications

• 3-5 years of relevant experience in oil and gas services or manufacturing.
• Qualified to perform premium thread inspections.

Responsibilities

• Confirm final inspections for compliance with specs.
• Ensure measuring equipment is calibrated to specifications.
• Process inspection and non-conformance reports.
• Mentor other QC Inspectors and make daily decisions.
• Perform hardness tests and First Article inspections.

Responsibilities

• Confirming all machine parts have final inspection for compliance with drawing details / specs.
• Ensuring all measuring test and equipment are calibrated to specifications
• Processing of inspection and non conformance reports
• Responsible for traceability of parts inspected
• Perform hardness tests
• Ability to mentor other QC Inspectors and make daily decisions
• Inspection of critical components
• Qualified to perform premium thread inspections
• Ability to program CMM
• Ability to create reports using Microsoft Word & Excel
• Ability to check standards against calibration equipment
• Perform First Article inspection
• Knowledge of API requirements
• Set up required mechanical gage for dimensional inspection activities
• Perform inspection activities with third party representatives

Requirements

• Around 3 - 5 years relevant experience working in oil and gas oil services/ manufacturing companies.
