• Inspections: Examine raw goods, in-process parts, and finished products against blueprints, technical drawings, and client specifications.
• Testing & Measuring: Use tools like calipers, micrometers, gauges, and electronic testing equipment to check dimensions, weight, and functionality.
• Documentation: Log test results, track defect data, and write non-conformance reports for rejected items
• Process Monitoring: Track manufacturing workflow issues, recommend line adjustments, and help teams find defect root cause
