QC Executive (Manufacturing)

Job description

Inspect raw materials, in-process items, and finished products for compliance

Identify defects, document issues, and report to production or engineering teams

Develop and implement QC procedures, SOPs, and maintain equipment calibration

Support root cause analysis and corrective/preventive actions

Maintain records of inspections, test results, audits, and quality metrics

Contribute to continuous improvement initiatives like Six Sigma and Kaizen

Train staff on quality standards and collaborate with production teams
