Job summary

Lonza Singapore is seeking a QC-Analyst to perform timely testing and analysis of in-process and final product samples in compliance with SOPs and cGMP, ensuring accurate documentation and data integrity. You will support lab operations, sample logistics and analytical methods (HPLC, spectroscopy), contributing to continuous improvement initiatives across the site and global quality network.

You will participate in method transfers, equipment qualification and troubleshooting, with emphasis on

Qualifications

Degree/Diploma in Chemistry or related science field.
Lab experience in biotech or medically related field.
Good understanding of HPLC and spectroscopy.
Willing to work 12-hour rotating shifts.

Responsibilities

Prioritize and perform testing/analysis to support business requirements.
Analysis of bulk product, in-process or stability samples per SOPs and Test Methods.
Documentation of results in accordance with cGMP.
Troubleshoot analytical methods and equipment.
Involvement in method transfers and validation.
Equipment qualification and selection of QC equipment and reagents.
General lab support including housekeeping, inventory and ordering.
