Job description

Responsibilities

• Develop, implement, and manage tailored QAQC plans, inspection procedures, and checklists specific to the project.
• Ensure all construction activities meet the requirements set by BCA CONQUAS and the Quality Mark.
• Lead quality inspections, audits, and assessments across all trades involved in the project.
• Collaborate with consultants, subcontractors, and internal teams to address and resolve any quality-related issues.
• Monitor on-site activities to ensure compliance with project specifications and proper execution of work.
• Review and approve material and method statements to ensure alignment with project standards.
• Maintain thorough documentation for inspection reports, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
• Provide training and guidance to site teams on maintaining quality standards and implementing best practices.
• Prepare the site for CONQUAS and QM assessments, including conducting mock-up reviews and developing scoring strategies.
• Identify and implement ongoing improvements to enhance overall quality performance.
• Oversee material testing, mock-ups, PMU, and VMU for the façade.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Civil Engineering, Building, Construction Management, or equivalent.
• Preferable minimum 7 years of experience in QAQC roles within the construction industry.
